Shipping & Delivery

Directly after you confirmed your order, an confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address with all the details of your order. All orders placed on a business day will be processed in a couple of hours and sent the same business day. All orders will be shipped to the address you specify.  Our carriers UPS , DHL , Postnord will deliver your order safe and quick.

The time of delivery depends on Postnord, DHL and UPS time of delivery and the postal service in the country where the goods are sent and the delivery time can vary from time to time. Sometimes a package can be delayed if it is held in customs for a while. If your order has been shipped but has not yet arrived, please note that we are not able to assist you until a minimum of 10 days have passed. As soon as an order leaves our distribution center, we cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by custom authorities and/or other circumstances that are out of our control. Due to the nature of the product (smokeless nicotine pouches) we cannot accept any returns. This also applies if you should change your mind with regard to your order or if you ordered the wrong product.

We reserve the right to select the most suitable courier for delivering your order to the destination country, even if a different courier was initially selected at checkout. In cases where the original shipping method or courier is not viable for delivery, we may change the shipping method to ensure the successful delivery of your order. This decision is made based on the destination country’s customs regulations, shipping constraints, and the best available courier options. If such changes occur, customers will not be charged extra for the shipping method adjustment.

Shipping to the United States:

We offer shipping to the United States for smokeless tobacco products, including snus. However, by placing an order with us, you are considered the importer of the products and are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and laws regarding the import of smokeless tobacco products into the United States.

While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, please be aware that customs in the United States may detain or seize packages due to local restrictions or regulations regarding the importation of nicotine products. Unfortunately, we cannot control or guarantee that your order will pass through customs without any issues.

If your order is refused by customs or held due to local restrictions, we are unable to reship or refund the order. As the importer, you are responsible for ensuring that you are aware of and compliant with the regulations of your specific state regarding nicotine products.

Please review the import regulations for your state before placing an order to ensure compliance with local laws.

Shipping to Australia:

Orders shipped to Australia may require a prescription to ship with DHL. If a prescription is needed, please email a copy of it to us at info@mynicco.com along with your order number. If we do not receive the prescription within a reasonable time to process the order, we may need to switch the shipping method to an alternative carrier, such as PostNord, which may take longer for delivery.

Please be aware that customs clearance in Australia can take additional time due to strict import regulations for smokeless nicotine products. If your order is delayed or held by customs, we are not responsible for any associated fees or delays. Customers are advised to ensure they are in compliance with Australian laws and regulations regarding nicotine pouches before placing an order.

Based on our experience, most packages typically arrive within the following timeframes. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, and other factors beyond our control.

PostNord Recommended First Class:

  • Europe: 2-5 business days

  • USA: 3-7 business days

  • Other countries: 7-14 business days

DHL Express Worldwide:

  • Europe: Next business day

  • Other countries: 3-7 business days

UPS Express Saver:

  • Europe: Next business day

  • Other countries: 4-7 business days

Please be aware that delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors such as customs delays, local holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customs & Import Regulations:

Please note that your delivery may be subject to import taxes, duties, and surcharges, which are typically assessed once the shipment reaches your country. These charges must be paid by you, as www.mynicco.com has no control over or knowledge of the amount. When you order from us, you are considered the importer of the goods and are responsible for complying with all local regulations and laws regarding the import of smokeless nicotine products into your country.

If you refuse your order due to local duties or if customs refuses your package due to local restrictions, we cannot be held responsible. We do not offer reshipments or refunds for refused orders, as this is beyond our control. The same applies if you fail to pick up your order, if you do not collect it in time, or if it is seized or held by customs due to violations of your country’s import regulations.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, they cannot be restocked or resold once shipped.

Please also be aware that deliveries may be subject to customs inspections, which could delay the expected delivery time. As the importer, you must comply with all local customs regulations, respond to any requests from customs, and provide any necessary documents they may require.

 

Refunds & Return of goods

Due to the nature of our products (smokeless nicotine pouches), we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped. All sales are final.

If you experience any issues with your order, such as receiving damaged or defective products, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the situation and assist you accordingly.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind or if you ordered the wrong product.

Deliveries to Military Addresses:

Please be aware that deliveries to military bases or military addresses may experience longer delivery times due to security protocols, logistical challenges, and the unique nature of military mail handling. As such, we cannot guarantee that shipments to military addresses will arrive within the standard delivery timeframes or at all.

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the estimated delivery time for military addresses, and we recommend contacting your local military post office for more accurate information.

Please note that factors such as customs clearance, security checks, and transportation delays may further impact delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or reshipments for orders delayed or undelivered to military addresses due to these factors, as they are beyond our control.

Backorder Meaning & Management:

A backorder refers to an item that is currently out of stock but has been ordered and is on its way. You are still able to place an order and make payment with the understanding that the product will be delivered once it is back in stock.

Items placed on backorder may not have a specific date for when they will be restocked. The timing of restocking depends on factors such as supplier availability and shipping lead times.

Backorders can occur for various reasons, including:

  • High demand that exceeds supply due to seasonal trends, promotions, or marketing.

  • Supplier production or delivery issues.

  • Unforeseen delays or poor planning by our suppliers regarding lead times.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. In order to ensure a secure online payment we use the services of Nets. Please choose Nets as payment option at checkout. The currency we use on our site are USD and Euro. This means that all credit card orders despite the currency chosen on our site will be charged in USD. You will however be able to see all charges in the currency of your choice on your invoice.
